I went to Innova to use a Groupon voucher I received as a gift.   I had the best experience! The young woman at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and at check out, she made sure to sign me up for a rewards program for one of the products that was used which earned me a discount. I didn't even know that existed, and it was very much appreciated.  My injector,Jennifer, was very personable and put me instantly at ease. It was my first time getting botox, and I left feeling confident that I would see the results I wanted.  I didn't feel any pressure to purchase more than my voucher covered, but I planned on doing so if it was needed to reach my goals. She only suggested things I already felt I needed, as I had done a lot of research prior to the visit.  She also informed me of other services that might suit my goals, but again, no pushy sales vibes.

What a treat! The people are very friendly and helpful.
The providers created a treatment plan for me that I am excited about.
